Don't Miss the 2005 Midtown Photo Hop!
April 30 is the date for the Grand Opening of the 2005 Midtown Photo Hop.
Between 5 pm and 8 pm the heart of St. Petersburg's Midtown community will
be on display in a breathtaking exhibit of photos taken during February's
Feet on the Street photography event. During Feet on the Street, hundreds
of amateur and professional photographers fanned out all over the Midtown
area to capture images that speak to the heart and soul of the community.
Their work will be on display in venues up and down 22nd Street South and the 16th Street Plaza.
Headquarters for the exhibit will be the recently
restored Royal Theater, home of the Boys and Girls Club, at 1011 22nd
Street South, Saint Petersburg, FL 33712. It's a great opportunity to tour this
wonderful building and see some terrific photography! A walking map of the
entire exhibit will be available at the Royal Theater and a trolley will
whisk you from venue to venue.

Prizes will be awarded at 7:30 at the Royal Theater. Don't miss it!
