I guess you noticed that the moon this month passed between bright planets as it waxed.
from crescent to quarter. Venus was of course the brightest. Mars slightly to the north,
Jupiter higher to the south. Mercury will also be visible too, later in May.
I know there is something about Mars and Antares rising at the same time.
