Dervala H. Has a blog that reads like a Love letter (i think that's her subtitle) actually i thought of a prayer or a list of witnessed realities. I voyezd my way through dozens of blogs, clipped a few things that made sense and decided that I could use blogging too. After I started posting old poems, I stumbled across her web pages. Then we exchanged a few emails to the tune of:
Your page is clear and easy to read, you taught me something, made me laugh more than once and gave me a reason to send an e-mail.
Wealthy, well-educated, and white as a class exists because of the "One-of Us" thing.
Knowledge of esoteric sutras further refines that.
Q-Tip is an excellent name for a bicycle.
I'm glad I visited your page and the death clock reminded that if I were a sadist I'd be dead.
Happy Day
Bill
Hi Bill.
Thanks for your kind words. Blogging can sometimes feel like standing on a Hyde Park soapbox in the rain, so it's good to get messages from the outside world.
What's B*D*S*? Blogspot Domain Something?
-D.
Our exchange reminded me that humanity can reach through inanimate objects.
Just as We (people) often have keepsakes to remind us of our loved and family, or places we were, so We also find the hand of the maker in ancient pottery, or new tools. True art always has that hand in it. (imho)
I type slowly and talk rapidly.
Writing disciplined a part of me that has always felt wild(l)y unwanted. Learning Writing in a group drilled in to me how critical language can cripple development, both by bruising the ego and by providing a crappy role model.
